Shipping policy
For online orders, we offer local pickup at our store located in Surrey, BC or shipping within Canada (excluding NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, Quebec).
Free Local Pickup
Online orders can be picked up at Not for Long Boutique. Our hours for online order pick up and in-store shopping are Tuesday to Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM.
Canadian Shipping
Our order minimum for shipping is $40 before tax
Our orders ship from our store in Surrey, BC. All shipments are sent via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS.
We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within BC for orders up to $149.99 before tax. Free shipping BC wide for orders $150+.
Flat rate shipping within Canada* is $20 for orders up to $199.99 before tax. Free shipping Canada-wide for orders $200+.
*We do not ship to Quebec, Nunavut, Yukonor the NWT.
Not for Long Boutique reserves the right to cancel and/or not ship an order at any time.
Order Processing
After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation email. We aim to process your order within 1 business day (note we are closed on Sundays & Mondays). You should receive your order within 3 - 10 business days. Once your order has shipped we will send you an email confirmation and tracking number for your package. Please check your trash folder if you do not receive this email within 2 business days.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Not for Long Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
All claims for damages, defects or order discrepancies must be submitted in writing to notforlongboutique @ gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Returns
Returns of online purchases may be mailed to us or brought back to our physical store. If mailed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed to your credit card once the item has been received in store.
All items must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Returned items must be unwashed & unworn or they will not be eligible for a refund.
After 14 days from the date your order is delivered, items cannot be returned and are a final sale.
All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.
For mail-in returns
- Email us at notforlongboutique @ gmail.com with your order number and return details. Please be sure to include the following in your email: Order #, your name, item name, quantity and reason for return. Please put your subject as : "Online Return {Order #XXX}"
- Package your return and be sure items have all original packaging and tags attached. Any items returned not in original condition and/or without original tags/packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As we are not responsible for return items lost or damaged during shipping, we highly recommend that you obtain a tracking number if you are shipping an item back to us.
All mail-in returns are processed as refunds. If you wish to purchase a different size, please place a new order.
Once your return is received at our store, you will receive an email when your return has been processed.
In-store returns
New items being returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. To process a refund or exchange, we require the receipt (paper or electronic).
Within 7 days of purchase date: Items can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or may be exchanged.
Within 8 to 14 days of purchase date: Items can be refunded to a store credit or exchanged.
*Items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged*
Purchase date refers to the day the order was placed, not the day the order was picked up.
Gift Receipts
Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase. No refunds or store credits.

Cancelling Your Order
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours provided that the order has not already been shipped.
