Refund policy

In-store Refund/Exchange Policy

New items being returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. To process a refund or exchange, we require the receipt (paper or electronic). 

Within 7 days of purchase date: Items* can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or may be exchanged. 

Within 8 to 14 days of purchase date: Items* can be refunded to a store credit or exchanged. 

*New items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged*
 
Purchase date refers to the day the order was placed, not the day the order was picked up. 

Exception: Christmas Themed  Items - Exchange/Refunds 

Saturday, December 13 is the final day to receive a refund/store credit or exchange items with Christmas motifs (including with a gift receipt)

Mail-in Returns

If mailed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All items must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Returned items must be unwashed & unworn or they will not be eligible for a refund.

After 14 days from the date your order is delivered, items cannot be returned and are a final sale.

All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Gift Receipts
Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase. No refunds or store credits.

Monday to Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
(closed Sundays)
